Position Announcement: Program Coordinator

Prevent Child Abuse New York is currently seeking a Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing prevention initiatives with a primary focus on ensuring effective operational flow of projects. 

Coordination

  • Build connections between staff and community professionals
  • Coordinate program activities in cooperation with various professional groups
  • Support local community efforts to create sustainable prevention projects
  • Provide reports and presentation to partner groups.

Preferred candidates will bring a bachelors degree in a related field and experience in a human service setting. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills. The position is full time, exempt, and will be located in Troy, NY. Statewide overnight and multi-day travel is required. This position is open until filled.
